TL;DR: How Vinted standardizes large-scale decentralized data pipelines. When we started migrating Vinted’s data infrastructure to the cloud, we set out to create a decentralized way of working. The idea was simple: teams know their data best, so they should be fully empowered to build, own, and operate their pipelines without a central platform team getting in the way.
